All products will be shipped via Swisspost (http://www.swisspost.ch/en/index.htm) priority mail. You will be sent an e-mail with a tracking number when your shipment has been dispatched. The shipping fee for international and domestic orders will be calculated upon check-out and does not include any possible additional taxes or duties. Sales tax (VAT) is not included on your invoice, you may therefore be charged upon arrival of your package.
If you would like to save on the cost of shipping for larger orders, we can send you the covers without the inserts. Please contact us directly to ask for a shipping quote in this case.
For payment of your order you will be directed to Paypal (https://www.paypal.com/). This is the safest, easiest way for you to use your credit card on the internet. If you would prefer, we can also accept a bank-wire transfer, please contact us for more details. Prices are in euros and will be charged to your credit card in euros with your credit card company making the exchange to your local currency.
We would be happy to answer any questions or send additional images and/or fabric swatches of the products before your purchase, but do understand that there may be the case that an item simply doesn't work for you and therefore we will accept returns.
Returns are accepted for refund of the product value (shipping costs and any taxes or duties paid upon receipt will not be reimbursed by kKarlström) within 14 days of receipt. Returns must be in original quality. All clearance sales are final - no returns or refunds accepted.

Ship all returns via a traceable method, to the following address, note that this address is different from the atelier address. We will not accept responsibility for packages lost on a return shipment.

Please mark on your customs form that you are returning merchandise to the original sender.
As is written in the description of individual pillows, some are of a delicate nature due to their construction. Heavy wear and tear will show it's effect over time as with any textile product. We suggest that those pillows that are described as delicate be used in an area that will not undergo heavy usage. All items are dry clean only, make sure to use a reputable cleaner in your area. Pillow inserts are of 100% down feather.
